Mentioning that more than a thousand of experts from the Seminary and university, industrial companies and NGOs attended the conference, the executive secretary of the first international halal conference said: “large attendance of scholars at this conference suggests that all Muslims pay special attention to the issue of halal”. According to the news headquarters of the international halal conference, the executive secretary of the conference pointed that all Muslims should actively become involved in the field of halal products. He said: “this conference points out that all Muslims, regardless of their religion, should have easy and safe access to halal food”. He said: “before this conference was held, 7 pre-meetings were held in Mashhad, Qom, Gorgan, and Qeshm with the aim of identifying experts, lecturers and special guests to attend the main conference”. It should be noted that in line with the event ‘Mashhad, 2017 Capital of Islamic Culture’, the importance of using halal products, its effect on the materialistic and spiritual lives of the believers and its religious dimensions on the one hand and the necessity of benefiting from modern technologies and research to produce halal products on the other hand and to expand import and export of modern technologies with halal label and the considerable international level working capital in this field, etc. the first international halal products conference was held 13th to 14th of December with the aim of discussing issues and research gaps in the areas of halal food, drugs, cosmetics and clothing in three fields of Sharia and halal products, research, technology and halal products and the economy of halal products. |
